I pursued my Bachelor of Arts degree through a liberal arts curriculum at Gettysburg College, graduating in May of 2014 with numerous leadership roles and notable accolades. I joined Liberty Mutual Group (A-rated, Fortune 100, $38.5 billion revenue 2015) in 2014, after previously interning my junior year summer of 2013. Once full time for Liberty Mutual, I completed the 22-week Excellence in Underwriting Foundations program that strengthened my fundamentals in underwriting commercial casualty, property, excess, and supplementary business & market risk exposures while sharpening the soft skills necessary to compete in today’s market. After spending a year in the Weston, MA office I decided to pursue another opportunity and learn about a different region moving to the Columbia, MD office and handling a $5 million dollar book for a Northern Virginia territory.
